On the afternoon of August 8, many colleagues from CYG Vision gathered together. As an important part of the company's management promotion plan, the company's personnel administration department organized and launched a series of management training activities called "Vision Lecture Hall". The first training was given by Ms. Zhang Jing, CEO of CYG Vision. She taught you a lively and interesting business thinking course full of dry goods in an entertaining way.
This training kicked off in a simulated business game. CYG Vision's friends are divided into eight teams and four groups for pairwise PK. According to the rules of the competition, the highest score of simulated operation among the eight teams will win, and the winner will receive a cash reward accordingly.
In order to win this game, all groups of friends have given full play to their advantages, used their brains and started discussions. The atmosphere at the scene was very warm.
After four rounds of intense competition, the team led by Leo, the project director, finally won the highest score in the simulated operation of the whole audience and won successfully. The team also won the cash prize personally awarded by Mr. Zhang.
After the game, Mr. Zhang also made a detailed resumption of the game and shared with us how to understand the business thinking in daily operation from the perspective of economics. In the process of resumption, everyone actively asked questions, shared experiences, improved themselves through communication and interaction, and jointly discussed the sustainable development in management and operation.
