Project Manager
Job responsibilities:
1. Assist the department director in equipment planning and management, and carry out overall product design under the guidance of the department manager;
2. Participate in technical exchange and scheme formulation in the early stage of project contract;
3. According to customer orders and requirements, formulate project objectives and plans, and control project costs;
4. Plan and implement all project schedules, R&D and manufacturing related work;
5. Follow up the progress of the project, deal with the problems in the process in time, and put forward reasonable suggestions;
6. Undertake theoretical calculation and analysis with certain difficulties;
7. Provide comprehensive technical support in the stages of production, processing, manufacturing, installation and debugging;
8. Participate in the review of important technical schemes, and participate in the drawing review of component drawings and parts drawings;
9. Complete other tasks assigned by the leaders.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering related major, skilled in project management for cost-benefit management, project schedule, quality control and resource integration;
2. Have good planning and execution skills, coordination skills and communication skills;
3. Proactive, with a high sense of responsibility, able to work under strong pressure;
4. Experience in project management of industrial robots in auto production line is preferred;
5. Be able to undertake large-scale projects independently, understand cost accounting and have rich experience in project management team management;
6. Strong communication and coordination skills, quick adaptation to the environment, strong sense of customer service, and ability to adapt to the responsibility system;
7. English can be used as a working language.
